Items may be returned in accordance with our applicable return policy and European consumer rights.
To request a return, please contact us at info@stuntshop.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and documentation where applicable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or an alternative product, please contact us before returning the item. We will confirm whether an exchange is possible and provide the appropriate instructions.
Certified Safety Equipment
For safety reasons, certified safety equipment cannot be returned once supplied, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
This applies to certified equipment where its safety, integrity or suitability may be affected after delivery or use.
If you believe a certified item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@stuntshop.com before returning the product. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stuntshop.com.
Please include your order number and photographs of the package and/or the item where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.
